How to Produce Sanitary Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings
Sanitary stainless steel pipe fittings are made from seamless tubes or high-quality welded tubes. The raw materials undergo chemical composition testing and material confirmation to ensure compliance with ASTM or EN standards.
Then they are processed through CNC cutting, cold forming, or precision forging. During the bending, expansion, or reduction processes, the deformation amount and forming parameters are strictly controlled to deliver you with uniform wall thickness, no cracks, and no wrinkles.
After processing, the pipe fittings will generate stress, and the intergranular structure may also change. The solution treatment involves rapid cooling after high-temperature heating, allowing the material to return to a uniform austenitic structure and maximizing its corrosion resistance.
