What Are Sanitary Tri-Clamp Fittings
Tri-clamp fittings are the standard connection in hygienic piping. Three parts: two ferrules, a gasket, and a clamp. No threads, smooth joint.
We manufacture them in Wenzhou, China in sizes 1/2″ to 6″, SS304 and SS316L. Finish: Ra ≤ 0.8 μm.

1/2″ (12.7mm) – Lab lines. 3/4″ (19.05mm) – Pilot. 1″ (25.4mm) – Process. 1.5″ (38.1mm) – Most common, dairy/brewery. 2″ (50.8mm) – Transfer lines. 3″ (76.2mm) – High-flow. 4″ (101.6mm) – Vessel outlets.
Gasket Selection
EPDM: Standard, food/dairy, -20°C to 120°C (75% of orders). Silicone: SIP, -50°C to 180°C. FPM: Oils/chemicals, -10°C to 180°C. PTFE: Pharma, -20°C to 200°C.
Clamp Types
Standard (wing nut), long handle (frequent opening), high-pressure (above 10 bar), heavy-duty (thicker profile).

Q: What size do I need? Match tube OD. 1.5″ tri-clamp fits 1.5″ OD (38.1mm).
Q: Interchangeable? Yes — ISO 2852 and ASME BPE. Compatible with all brands.
